MU Online Season 18 introduced the Illusion Knight: Jacquard as the game's 14th playable class, alongside a brand-new equipment category — Artifacts — and two major new maps: Ignis Volcano and Bloody Tarkan. The season revamped the Varka Fortress event, introduced 4th Cloaks, and delivered the 6th Mastery Earrings. Released across five parts from September 2022 to May 2023, Season 18 also brought the 5th Guardian, the Bloody Tarkan Elite Zone, and a Season Pass event system.

What is the Illusion Knight class in Season 18?

The Illusion Knight: Jacquard is MU Online's 14th playable character class, introduced in Season 18 Part 1-1 (with a Pre-Update preview in September 2022). The class is built around illusion and mirror-image combat mechanics with a distinct skill tree and dedicated equipment sets added in Part 1-2. It features a skill enhancement tree and evolves through the standard class change quest system.

What are Artifacts in Season 18?

Artifacts are a brand-new equipment category introduced in Season 18 Part 1-3. They occupy dedicated item slots separate from standard equipment and provide additional passive stat bonuses. Artifacts come in different grades and can be upgraded using specific crafting materials. In Season 19 Part 2-3, an Artifact grade upgrade system was added to further enhance them.

What new maps were added in Season 18?

Season 18 added two new hunting maps: Ignis Volcano, introduced in Part 1-2 and expanded with an Elite Zone in Part 1-3; and Bloody Tarkan, a new battlefield zone added in Part 2-1 and unlocked as an Elite Zone in Part 2-2.
