MU Online Season 17 — All Updates & Patch Notes
MU Online Season 17 introduced two brand-new character classes — Kundun Mephis and Lemuria — and expanded the game world with three new maps: Burning Kethotum, Old Kethotum, and Kantru Underground. The season delivered a full Fairy Elf Renewal, the 5th Mastery Earrings, 4th Wings for the new classes, and the 4th Guardian with its associated Kantru Underground Elite Zone. Released across five parts from September 2021 to May 2022, Season 17 also brought significant map rebalancing and 7th Mastery Weapons.

Who are Kundun Mephis and Lemuria in Season 17?
Kundun Mephis and Lemuria are MU Online's 12th and 13th playable character classes, both introduced simultaneously in Season 17 Part 1-1. They are unique in that they were released together rather than sequentially. Each has a distinct skill tree, background lore, and dedicated equipment sets added in Part 1-2, along with 4th Wings added in Part 1-3.
What is the Fairy Elf Renewal in Season 17?
The Fairy Elf Renewal in Season 17 Part 2-2 was a comprehensive overhaul of the Fairy Elf class, one of the original three MU Online characters. The renewal updated her skill animations, reworked damage and support formulas, and improved the class enhancement tree to bring the Elf in line with newer character designs while preserving her core support and archer identity.
What new maps were added in Season 17?
Season 17 added three new maps: Burning Kethotum and Old Kethotum, both introduced in Part 1-2 as hunting zones with rebalanced existing areas; and Kantru Underground, added in Part 2-1 and expanded with an Elite Zone in Part 2-2 alongside the 4th Guardian.
